About I build products that make complex work feel simple. I'm Alexandre Pawlak, a senior product and UX designer in France, focused on data-heavy and infrastructure products where clarity, speed, and trust matter.
What I do I shape products end to end across research, flows, UI, and build-ready prototypes, and I partner closely with engineers on APIs, data models, and performance. I spin up quick back, front, and database proofs with AI tooling so we can test early, and I have shipped on web and mobile, including Android and iOS, without handing off fantasy screens.
How I work I simplify workflows for technical users because every extra click costs focus. I build durable design systems with accessibility as a default, and I use data and observation together through interviews, usability tests, and the numbers that show whether changes help.
What I care about Low friction matters: fast loads, clear hierarchy, minimal waste. Collaboration should be practical: designers and engineers decide together, not in sequence. Shipping to learn beats polishing features no one can navigate.
