Orange IoT Platform
Unified and enriched a B2B developer platform for managing connected device fleets across major enterprises. Led UX across a 50-person cross-functional team.

Context
Orange's Live Objects platform lets developers and enterprise clients manage fleets of connected devices at scale. The lead designer left on short notice. I joined to continue the work and quickly assimilate a technically complex product environment. Multiple sections of the platform were already designed; the goal was to continue extending the platform with new features while maintaining design consistency.
Team
- Design: Two people
- Scrum organisation with Product Owner and Business Owner
- Fifteen front-end developers
- Fifteen back-end developers
Methodology
Sprints ran in three-week cycles. On Tuesday mornings, we met with front-end developers to discuss cases from the previous week. Tuesday afternoons: a workshop using brainstorming or co-conception methodology to dive into complex subjects. Thursday: we presented solutions from the Tuesday morning session. The following Tuesday morning: results from the previous workshop. Three weeks per sprint.
This cadence kept design tightly coupled to engineering feedback while giving space for exploration on harder problems before committing to a direction.

Solution & Design Decisions
[TODO: Outline the major feature areas designed, key UX decisions, and how the design handled the complexity of an IoT management platform.]
Outcome & Impact
[TODO: Add what shipped, adoption metrics, feedback from developers, or platform improvements achieved.]
Learnings
[TODO: Add two to four paragraphs reflecting on leading design on a complex technical platform, managing design consistency across multiple features, or working in a fast-paced team environment.]
